La Boussole des arts is pleased to present Donizetti’s opera L’elisir d’amore, in collaboration with Concerts Centr’art, Tempêtes et Passions, and the Canadian Vocal Arts Institute. Rediscover this masterpiece featuring some of Québec’s finest voices. It's the story of an alluring promise that turns into illusion. A fake elixir circulates, certainties waver, and naivety ends up upending the power dynamics. A lively, clear-eyed comedy, where emotion arises where you'd least expect it.
